Watch the full tutorial on YouTubeA nether gold farm built around a skeleton that keeps the zombified piglins angry, so they walk to the killing chamber on their own instead of being pushed. They spawn on magma platforms, cross through two portals in stacked boats and die over an iron golem and a turtle egg. The creator puts it at 3300 gold blocks an hour, twice what DashPum4's design makes, and it costs 207 stacks of magma to build. It was made for 1.19.3 to 1.20.X, and the creator says the aggro starter stops working from 1.21.
It stops working properly from 1.21. The creator says a bug fix makes the boats sitting in the portals teleport, so the aggro starter fails and the first layer piglins walk through on their own. He has a rebuilt version on the same channel.
If the second round of boats will not stay stacked after coming through the portal, the creator's answer is that the killing chamber portal is built too low, so the arriving boats touch the first round.
Hoglins instead of zombified piglins means the wrong biome. The creator says that straight out to a builder who got them.
The skeleton needs looking after. One died and had to be replaced, another picked up a gold sword dropped by a piglin and stopped working. The creator suggests a better enchanted bow.
Items stopping on the ice next to the slime blocks was the wrong ice in one case, the builder came back with "nvm used the wrong ice".
Do not build the boat looting section from a schematic. The creator says using one there will mess you up, watch that part of the tutorial instead.
Save this farm to a collection to tick materials off as you gather them.
