Simple Three pod early game iron farm

An early game iron farm with three villager pods around one spawning platform. A zombie in the middle keeps the villagers scared, golems drop onto lava, and hoppers feed the chests. Everything sits in the overworld with no nether side, and a lightning rod is part of the build so strikes cannot turn the villagers into witches.

• Build the alternate hopper clock linked in the description instead of the one in the video. The creator says it is better and it depends less on night time, and several builders confirm it.
• Each pod needs three villagers, nine in total. The video never says this and people who used one per pod got nothing at all.
• The area around the farm has to be completely clear, and that includes water. One builder had no golems until he removed a 2x2 water source three blocks from the fences.
• Only one golem spawning instead of three is the common failure, reported repeatedly on Paper and on modded setups, with rates dropping to 100 to 350 per hour.
• Villagers taken straight from a village often will not path into the pods. Move them via a floating platform first to break their old pathfinding, then join it to your path.
• Later versions suffer from reload rng. If the rate is down, unload and reload the area.
