Boat ring raid farm

Raid farm on a platform over open ocean, built around one villager and a ring of boats that hold the raiders. You drink an ominous bottle, the raid spawns on the platform, the raiders drop down a tower into campfires, and you finish them with a looting sword. The selling point is that evokers never get line of sight on you, so no vexes. It has to sit over ocean with 128 blocks of water in every direction or the raid spawns outside the farm entirely, and the creator says it cannot be built on land at all. Java. • The item list is incomplete, which is the most repeated complaint on the video. Campfires, trapdoors and a torch are not on it, and builders say to bring three extra stacks of blocks, a stack of spawn proofing and a spare lava bucket as well.
• The tower height in the video is wrong. It says 26 blocks and it has to be 23, or the raiders die from the fall and you cannot get looting drops off them.
• Raiders get stuck under the lava and in the corners instead of dropping. Extending the spawn platform outward by one block stops ravagers catching in the rear wall.
• Put carpets under the boats, otherwise raiders spawn in the boat area.
• You can skip the 29 boats entirely: drop the raiders 22 blocks, put slabs on the hoppers and trapdoors under the full blocks so you can see their feet and they cannot see you. Evokers cannot summon vexes at something they cannot see.
• One builder disputes the no vex claim outright and says vindicators killed by campfires drop no emeralds.
