Watch the full tutorial on YouTubeAn iron farm built from repeatable modules. One module holds seven pods of three villagers each around a single pillager, spawns golems onto a lava blade, and pipes the ingots and poppies down to chests. No nether portal and no perimeter needed for a single module, the 36 module version needs a cleared perimeter. Moving 21 villagers and one pillager into place takes longer than the build itself.
Two of the seven villager pods have a bed the villager cannot reach, so those pods spawn no golems. Lead the villager to the bed and let it claim the bed before you place the platform over it, or move the bed so one side touches the block the villager stands on.
Hold the lava with warped or crimson fence gates only. Any other wood burns and the lava leaks through.
At 15:49 the video misses a redstone block under the three slime blocks, and the slab under the first piston above the cauldron.
As built the lever never fully turns the farm off. Add a fourth slime block in the gap between the top slime block and the piston.
The item list says 72 glass panes, one builder ran out and needed 76.
Build the lava part before you place the water, the current pushes you around while you place the fence gates.
Save this farm to a collection to tick materials off as you gather them.
