WAIFU iron farm

A compact cell based iron farm that flings villagers between cells with pistons instead of moving them with water. It ships as 12 variants built from four choices: MINI or MAXI size, 18 or 19 mechanics, zombie or pillager as the scare mob, and single dimension or nether portal collection. Rates run from 4900 to 11560 ingots per hour depending on which one you build. Java 1.16.2 and up, Java only.

• On 1.21 and above, build an 18 variant. MAXI 19 also works and averages better efficiency, at the cost of more villagers.
• 1.21.5 changed nether portals and the portal spawning platforms stopped working properly. Single dimension variants are unaffected, and portals work again from 1.21.6 onward.
• For single dimension variants on 1.21 and above, the gap between the downaccel platforms and the landing platform must be 20 blocks or more, not 13. Mojang changed detection ranges.
• On the portal variants in 1.21 and above the boat with the chicken teleports straight through when you relight the portal. Send it from the overworld and line it up afterwards.
• There is an editing cut at 55:40. A ring of glass above the layer with the trapdoor is missing from the video, so it is easy to leave out.
• The per cell material list shown in the video says 9 observers. It should be 8.
